Hello Friends! Tomorrow Harvest will be holding... or "hosting" our church service in the park. Here are a few of the numerous reasons...
1. We just needed out of the building!
2. The church building is not the harvest field.
3. We wanted to experience the saying, "In the world, but not of the world" a little more intimitely.
4. Summer in Idaho lasts about 4 weeks... enjoy it any and every way you can!
5. The men don't want to shave.
6. More visitors are likely to come to church in an informal, off campus setting, than to a service in a church building...
7. Okay... I'll stop and you add some... have fun!

It works! Hello anyone reading. My name is Ned. It is my privilege to serve as Harvest's Pastor. We are a group of Christians who are seeking God together -to know him more, and to understand his plan for our lives. We believe the Bible and are learning to follow its teaching. We desire to be connected in a genuine and meaninful way to our community, Blackfoot, and the surrounding area.

It is our desire to use this blog as a way to introduce people to God, to our church, its ministries, and as a means of sharing information and processing questions together. This will be fun!
